BAKE SALE AT FESTIVAL AT THE HEIGHTS

FESTIVAL AT THE HEIGHTS  -- BAKE SALE

Last year the Bake Sale at our competition was EPIC!   PLEASE - We need your help to make it a success again this year.

We’re looking for a nice variety of items.  Of course, fall décor is our theme.   Homemade wrapped items are desired.  Cookies can be 2-3 to a bag.  Although our bake sale goodies are certainly delicious, we can’t always tell customers what they are or what ingredients they contain, so if it is not obvious they brownies or chocolate chip cookies, it would be helpful to label your donation “smores bars, peanut butter cookies, etc.”  Just one label per batch is fine.  You may drop off items Friday evening or Saturday as early at 9 AM.

Also, if anyone has any tiered serving pieces, cake plates or pretty baskets, we would appreciate you loaning them for the day - they will be returned at the end of the evening.

You can reach me at 620-0849 or rankinj1@yahoo.com.    THANK YOU! – Jill Rankin

WE NEED 9 BOOMBOXES FOR SATURDAY

For Festival at the Heights we are in need of 9 boomboxes.   Please drop these off in the band room.   Please clearly label your boombox so that they can be returned to you at the end of the night.

We are using them for directors to listen to their tapes and for the judges' booth to rewind tapes.

BAND BUCKS FOR FESTIVAL AT THE HEIGHTS

The kids will be receiving 100 Band Bucks for working at the Festival Saturday.  They will receive an additional 100 Band Bucks for every parent, sibling, friend, etc. that work on Saturday.  In order for them to receive the Band Bucks, I'll have to know who worked.  Please check in with me at the concession stand so that I can keep track.  I'll never be able to remember everyone on my own!  Thanks!

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Thanks,
Lori

LAST WEEK FOR TV RAFFLE TICKETS

We will be raffling off the TV Saturday at our competition.  So far, we've only had 23 families turn in raffle tickets.  We really want to make this a success!  If you haven't yet turned in your sold tickets, please turn them in by Friday.  If you need more tickets to sell, please come see me in the concession stand.
